What is BSides Las Vegas?
Security BSides is a community built on interesting conversation, unique content, and ample career opportunities and guidance. The Security BSides Community presents approximately 100 regional events throughout the world. Each event is volunteer run and most rely on sponsorship in order to provide free or low-cost education and networking for those in or entering Information Security. Security BSides Las Vegas strives to emphasize education, community, and collaboration for all participants.

By becoming a BSidesLV sponsor, you can make a solid investment in your own brand that will not only further the goals of BSidesLV, but enable the betterment of the security community as a whole. Sponsoring provides ample opportunities to connect with our participants and make a lasting impression. Not only will you be meeting with some of the best talent in the industry for recruiting, but you’ll be building out your network and enhancing your brand recognition. We seek to partner with sponsors who want to reach our participants on their level, in a manner that has proven effective. We have designed sponsor programs that are in harmony with the BSides ideal, and which will enhance your standing among this very important and influential audience. We have programs geared for larger security organizations, while also acknowledging the valuable contributions of smaller sponsors who are such an important part of BSides. Know that we will humbly thank you for your sponsorship—without which, BSidesLV would not exist.

All In - $20,000
Our All In sponsor level includes an 8’ table near the entrance and exit wall of Middle Ground. You can expect a steady flow of traffic all day as participants come into Middle Ground for coffee, talks, socialization, and more. This sponsorship also allows a little more wiggle room for sponsors and their table setup.
Double Down - $17,000
Our Double Down sponsor level includes a 6’ table along the wall with entrances to Ground Floor, Common Ground, and Safety Ops. Participants will walk by these tables throughout the day as they attend talks and re-energize at the coffee bar.
Big Blind - $7,000
Our Big Blind sponsor level includes a shared 8’ table. There will be two sponsors at each table. This level is great for those who want a table presence but might not have the staffing or budget for a full sized table. Due to the space being shared, please note that backdrops and items in front of the table and to the sides of the table are not allowed. Pop up banners cannot be wider than 3’.
Badges + Lanyards - $18,000
Get your company’s logo in the hands of all BSLV participants, literally! Your company’s logo will not only be on display thousands of times throughout the conference, but people will remember your name long after the conference is over. This sponsorship is great for brand awareness and recognition.
Pool Party + Towels - $16,000
Our Wednesday night pool party is one of the most anticipated pool parties of the year. It’s a great opportunity for networking and making memories.Speakers, participants, and industry luminaries mingle in a relaxed but exciting atmosphere with sponsored food and drinks, music, and conversation about everything InfoSec. Make a lasting impression. Sponsorship also includes:
- Pool party cups with sponsor’s logo
- Sponsor’s logo projected over the pool deck
- Swag (provided by sponsor) distributed at pool party
- Branded towels for staff, volunteers, and speaker gifts, and pool party (designed and provided by BSLV)
Coffee Bar - $15,000
Everyone needs a little pick me up every now and then. We’re brewing up a unique opportunity for you to fuel conversations and energize our participants. Our coffee bar sponsorship is the perfect blend of visibility and positive association. Regular and decaf coffee and tea will be available for all. This sponsorship also includes:
- Sponsor banner (provided by sponsor) next to coffee bar
- Beverage sleeves with sponsor’s logo
In the cards - $13,000
Unlock new opportunities and make a first great impression as soon as Tuscany hotel guests check in! Imagine your logo on a hotel room key and in the hands of not just BSides Las Vegas participants but all travelers and business professionals staying at the Tuscany. You’ll have high-visibility placement as your logo will be seen by guests every time they enter their room, providing repeated exposure and brand recognition.
BSides Bus - $12,000
Get your company noticed all around town! Sponsor the #BSidesBus and put your logo on it. An opportunity to get your company exposure, not just at BSidesLV, but throughout Vegas during Security Summer Camp week. Shuttle travels between Tuscany and LAS, as well as DEFCON hotels.
Community Pot - $8,000
Is giving back to the infosec community important to your company? Help create opportunities for two important communities by being our Community Pot sponsor. This sponsorship provides badges for students and veterans new to the industry. You’ll be providing them with learning and growth experiences as well as expanding their network as they join the wonderful world of infosec.
Happy Hour - $8,000
Who doesn’t love a free drink? Join us for Happy Hour and let attendees toast with your brand! Sponsor our Happy Hour on either Monday or Tuesday to get your logo in the hands of all BSidesLV participants. The bar will serve up soft or alcoholic beverages in souvenir cups with your logo and ours (dual branded, we’ll handle the design and ordering). You’ll also be able to provide a readout about your company and recruitment opportunities for our emcee to read out at the start of Happy Hour. It’s a win-win: participants get a free drink, and you get exposure!
Wifi - $5,000
From participants to PvJ to staff, wifi benefits everyone at BSides Las Vegas. Help everyone keep connected by sponsoring the hardware needed for our Network Team to get our wifi up and running. In return, your company will have thank you signage with your logo posted throughout the event space.
Karaoke Branding - $3,500
We spend Tuesday night by the pool singing our hearts out! Karaoke is a chance for participants to unwind after a day of talks and have fun with fellow infosec enthusiasts. This sponsorship is great for startups as it’s not only cost effective, but a great way to get your brand in front of participants. Sponsorship also includes:
- Sponsor banner (provided by sponsor) at karaoke night
- Swag (provided by sponsor) distributed at karaoke night
Dealer’s Choice - $3,000
Don’t want a table but want to ensure your company is still visible to participants? The Dealer’s Choice sponsorship is for you! You’ll get signage (provided by your company), displayed at Registration, where it will be seen by everyone who participates.
What is Pros vs Joes?
Pros vs Joes is a Capture the Flag event where average users learn from seasoned professionals in a fierce competition of attack and defend. Blue Teams of Joes work with Pro Captains to compete against other defending Teams, protecting simulated companies from assault by a dangerous and relentless Professional Red Team. The CTF uses advanced economics and analytics to provide a highly dynamic, truly immersive, hands-on training focused on education and community.
PvJ - Game Sponsor - $8,000
Your brand will be featured prominently during the whole CTF, including on the live scoreboard! This sponsorship also allows you to provide signage to be displayed during the duration of the CTF.
PvJ - Red Team Sponsor - $4,500
Draw attention to your offensive goods or services with the Red Team sponsorship. Your company may offer a software license of tool to red team to use but red team will make their own decisions.
PvJ - Blue Team Sponsor - $3,500
Sponsor all blue teams and draw attention to your defensive tools or services with the Blue Team sponsorship.
